Bummel Books is a cozy little shop with just one employee, and I’m excited to bring these books to you!  ​My vision is to share books that help passionate people rediscover their inner peace and take positive action in a chaotic world.

“Bummel” is a German word that means to stroll or wander at a leisurely pace, often without a specific destination. The term was popularized when the comic novel Three Men on a Bummel by Jerome K. Jerome was published in 1900. The novel, written during the Victorian bicycle craze, was the heartwarming account of the misadventures of three Englishmen on a bicycle tour through Germany.
